This rule applies to A1 Workman's self-operated products on this website. The self-operated products on this website refer to products that are clearly listed on the product promotion page or sold through this website, by WhatsApp/telephone consultation. This website belongs to A1 WORKMAN LIMITED.

Second. Rules of return and replacement

1. The products sold on this website will be returned and exchanged by the manufacturer;
2. When the product is within the warranty period of the manufacturer, the customer can enjoy the warranty provided by the manufacturer. If necessary, please directly return the product to the manufacturer for repair;

二、換貨規則

1、精英師傅網站所售賣之商品，將由該品牌廠家為您提供退換貨服務；
2、當商品在廠方保用期內，顧客可享有廠家提供之保用，有需要請自行把商品交回生產廠家維修；
3、一般情況下，我們不接受任何商品退換或取消訂單的要求；
4、您於收取貨品時（包括送貨或自取）請務必立即檢查所訂購之貨品是否有損毀以及部件是否齊全；
5、如果您需要辦理換貨，請通過聯繫廠家，憑商品內部的保用證等文件向廠方申請索求。
